BOUQUET RECIPE | Chrysanthemum, roses, astilbe
Very much like cooking a delicious meal, flower arranging has the same concept.
You gather all your ingredients (flowers), and your tools: pruners & snips instead for measuring cups, vessels instead of bowls, add your technique & most importantly your creativity, and ta-da…. There you have it, a beautiful floral arrangement!
Base, focal, bits- this is the basics to create any mixed arrangement: start with a strong supporting cast of greenery for your base, ( I love everything eucalyptus), add a super star focal flower, in this case gorgeous dahlia & echeveria, and finish it up with bits, the pretty little ones that always bring fun and character to any design, like the veronicas, spray roses, astilbes and mums you see here.
Flowers or food...., it won’t matter, as long as you have fun in the process ;)
Now is your turn…. Share the beans and the blooms…and tell us what your favorite recipe is?
