    FLOWER DELIVERY POLICY

    DELIVERY TIMES are 9am -5pm Monday - Friday, and Sat 9am-5pm.

    SERVICE AREAS are as follows:

    Bonita Springs - 34134, 34135.

    Naples - 34102, 34103, 34104, 34105, 34106, 34107, 34108, 34109, 34110, 34112, 34113, 34114 (partial, please call us with full address), 34116, 34117, 34119, 34120..

    FEES: A local delivery fee from U$9.95 to U$14.95 based on distance will be added to each order, for each address, unless otherwise specified. 

    SAME DAY: orders must be received before 2pm in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

    SPECIFIC TIMES: Our shop will always try to accommodate a time sensitive order, but we cannot guarantee it.

    SUNDAY ORDERS: we are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. The order will be delivered the following business day.

    P.O. BOXES: we are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O address.

    We will make every effort to deliver your order as requested. However, we will not be held liable if we fail due to circumstances beyond our control. Any order that you place will only be processed if full payment details are given and accepted. If for any reason we are unable to supply flowers or bouquets as advertised, we will notify you, except that we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value, as stated in our substitution policy, in the event of such supply difficulties.

    At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and/or nationally observed US holidays. Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will ship on the next business day.

     

    Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

     

    We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
